INTERNSHIPS

Our 9-10 week internships across our brands and functions, are designed for college students who are looking to gain experience prior to graduation. This program is offered to all levels — undergraduate, MBA, Masters and PhD students — and crafted to give you practical knowledge of the ins and outs of the retail industry.

ROTATIONAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

Gap Inc.'s Rotational Management Program (RMP) is the premier destination for top entry-level talent seeking to jumpstart their business careers. During the 9-month program, RMP you'll rotate through Inventory Management and Merchandising within our family of brands while learning how our product lifecycle works and how customers interact with our brands online and in-store.

GAPTECH ROTATIONAL PROGRAM

Our Tech and Digital team pushes boundaries and challenges the status quo. Our Engineers and Developers work together to create seamless omni-channel experience powered through cloud-based platforms, services architecture, and open-sourced technologies. Participants will experience front-end and back-end Engineering Rotations as well as a rotation in Tech Ops over the 16-18 Month Training Program. Upon completion, graduates are placed in a permanent Engineering role consistent with both their skill-set, interests and company needs.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

IM Ready is a 90-day immersion and training program (unique to Old Navy!) that leads to a role within our Inventory Management function. On your first day as a trainee in the IM Ready program, you are truly set up for success through various classes and projects, all with the support of an assigned mentor, buddy, and coach.

We hold the program twice a year – once in the Spring and once in the Fall.
